Mariana, Dental Lab Technician
Mariana is our in-house dental lab technician with over four years of restorative dental lab experience. She enjoys working with an amazing team and watching patients’ confidence transform throughout their treatment journey. Mariana attended Western Nevada College and Truckee Meadows Community College. She is CPR-certified and highly experienced in printing dental models, nightguards, and surgical guides.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and going to concerts to listen to live music!
Adriana, Dental Assistant/Back Office Manager
Adriana has well over a decade of experience in the dental field and runs our back office. She values being able to work with such a skilled, amazing team and enjoys being able to see the real-life impact of her work on patients’ lives. Adriana attended Milan Institute and is certified in coronal polishing, radiographs, and sterilizations. She also has experience with general dentistry, implant surgeries, and IV sedation.
Whenever she isn’t working, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband of over 25 years, three children, and grandchildren. She also enjoys camping, side-by-side riding, family get-togethers, and taking care of her grandchildren.
Melina, Dental Assistant
Melina has been a dental assistant for over a decade and loves working with such an amazing team to help patients regain their confidence in themselves. She’s originally from Reno and graduated from the Milan Institute. Over her years of experience, she has gained clinical expertise in assisting with endodontic treatment, PRF, oral surgery, and IV sedation. She’s also certified in radiographs, coronal polishing, and CPR.
Melina has been married for over a decade and has one daughter and a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever she isn’t in the office.
Stephanie, Practice Manager
Stephanie is from Dublin, and she has been in the dental field for well over 15 years. She has experience across multi-specialty practices, regional consulting, and operational scaling. In her role as practice manager, she takes a lot of joy in being able to aid with the process of giving people confidence in their smiles.
Stephanie has a son, and she greatly enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not at the office. Her hobbies include golfing, going to arcades, and spending time at the spa. According to her, she’s a horrible cook but a great dishwasher.
