Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Ricciardi is amazing. He takes the time to answer all of my questions. He has given me more options than any previous doctor, working with my budget and goals. The office staff and assistants have so much positive energy. Adriana and Elena are incredibly helpful. I have a long journey ahead to get a full set of snap-in dentures. I feel confident that I've found the best partners to go on that journey with. Also, after contacting over 10 different offices looking for a free consultation, Smile Design was the only place that included a scan. Others were only a "sit and chat" consultation or they charged hundreds of dollars for the scan. Smile Design was able to give me a complete treatment plan, including costs, during the consultation!

Thank you Smile Design for such a comfortable and professional experience! I was first referred here after using an at home/app based company for straightening my teeth. I wasn’t satisfied with the results I was seeing and later found out that they were negatively affecting my teeth. I’ve heard in some cases people losing teeth because of these at-home kits being very damaging. After my first consultation I moved forward with treatment, which entailed the use of transparent aligners provided through Sure Smile (similar to Invisalign). The professional team at Smile Design, both doctor and staff, expertly guided me through the entire process from beginning to end and I’m so thrilled with how straight my teeth are again! This then lead me to continue working with them, as I had old veneers that needed to be updated and restored. My two front teeth were composite veneers and were not meant to last as long as they did and were on their last legs. Thanks to the expert restorative work of Dr. Winfield I now have porcelain veneers that look infinitely better than my old ones and much, much stronger. I can finally bite straight into an apple without the fear of my front teeth breaking! Thank you Smile Design for giving me my smile back! So grateful for the whole team who made this all possible!

I was very pleased with the customer service and consultation I received. I was treated professionally in a timely manner. The staff were not like robots and made me feel very comfortable. From beginning to end I was impressed and satisfied. The doctor was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable asking all the questions I had. I realized later that I was there asking questions longer than my appointment but at no time did I feel rushed. The facility was extremely clean and modern as well. Being a single mom I put my teeth last in front of my children. Now that it was my time to finally go, I called up Smile Design Implant Center. It's been years! I was extremely nervous and scared to say the least. When I walked into my very first visit I was scared to death, but there was absolutely no reason to be!! Smile Design @ South Meadows is the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Ricardi is the best. I've never been to such a kind gentle dentist.
